Users take full responsibility for ensuring their authority to accept these terms on behalf of the company.
Alternate Contact Information
In the absence of a company email address, whichever email and mobile number provided during the account creation process will be associated as the company's email address and mobile number.
Users acknowledge that this information will be considered as the official contact information for the company on the Switchonomy platform.
Usage Guidelines

Our interactive diagrams are powered by Go JS in evaluation mode for educational research and development. All Go JS intellectual property rights belong to its vendor. We are not affiliated with the vendor and accept no liability for use of the evaluation version.

Skylights Energy reserves the right to notify users of any violations of intellectual property rights and take necessary actions, including the suspension or termination of accounts, to address such violations.
Exceptions with Written Consent

Cancellation or Refund Policy
Users may subscribe to premium features by selecting a subscription plan suitable to their requirements.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, Cancellation or refund of full or part payment is not accepted.
